Not Applicable Question Setting

Not Applicable Question Setting can be applied to when you want the respondents to have the option to not select any answer choice. Not Applicable setting is present in most of the question types except NPS and Multi Net NPS. Once applied, the respondents can select it and it will reflect accordingly in the analysis part. You can either add this setting while creating a question or edit a question to add this setting.

The steps to adding the setting are as follows:

1. Go to the question you want to add the setting to. If you want to add the setting while creating a new question, refer to step 3

2. Click on the Edit Button

3. Click on Add N/A row below the answer choices

4. Click on Update
