How To Create An Email Collector

Email collector allows you to send your surveys to respondents via email. You can send Emails in beautiful templates by using S2C templet or add a custom template, pipe contact details and Embed questions in the Email itself to increase your response rate. Create Email collector and share your survey with respondents. 

To create an email invitation:

1. Go to Collect Response

2. Click on Email

3. Enter Collector Name

4. Click OK

In Email Collectors you have 3 options:

Overview: Through the overview, you can see the progress of the invites send through the Email collector. You can edit drafts, see the email sent successfully/failed, and see the number of responses received fully or partially.

In the Overview section, you can check

• Total Invitation sent: No. of Successful invitations and No. of failed Invitation

• Total No. of Email Responses

• Message History

Recipients: In the recipient’s section you can see all the recipients, the status of the Email sent, Responses status (Completed/Partially completed/Not Responded), etc.

In the Recipients’ section, you can check:

• The receiver of the E-mail

• Status of the message

• Have they responded; Yes or No

• Survey Link Sent

• Message sent to them in the email
