The ticket trend section on the tickets page shows you the trend of your tickets over a month’s time. You can further change the time duration. The ticket trend section traces your new ticket and closed ticket over a two-axis graph.
Using this section, you can track the change in the new tickets generated and tickets closed over a timeline.
Changing time for ticket trend
You can change the time period for your ticket trends as per your need. You can select from last week, last month, last year, or your custom time period. Custom time period allows you to set your own time frame for the ticket display.
