Survey Title

Survey Title allows you to add a title to the survey. This helps respondents get a brief idea about what the survey is about. Using this button in the survey setting, you can disable or enable the survey title in the survey. 

This is how it would look to the respondents if you have enabled Survey Title from Survey Settings options

This is how the final survey would look like for the respondents if the Survey Title is disabled from the Survey Settings options
