The Survey Library section includes all the survey data you have added to your library. You can see all the folders and sub-folders under this section. If you go to individual survey files, you can also take actions like editing the survey response, analysing the result and much more. 

 

Create A Folder

You can create multiple folders in your library. The steps to creating a new folder in My Library are fairly simple and easy to follow:

 

1. Go to My Library 

2. Go to the section where you want to create the folder

3. Click on +Add Folder

4. Enter Folder’s Name and click Create

 

Delete A Folder

You can delete a folder you have created. Follows these instructions to delete a folder from your library:

 

1. Go to the folder you want to delete

2. Click on the Delete button right next to the folder under the action tab

3. Select Yes, Delete It from the popup

 

Note: You would need to clear out your data before you delete a folder. 

 

Actions for Survey Files

You can take multiple actions for a survey file including editing the survey, analysing the result, collecting response and much more. Check the actions available to users:

Editing Survey: You can click this option to edit the survey response for the particular survey type.

 

Collect Response: You can click this option to be redirected to the collect response page of the survey. 

 

Analyse Result: With this, you can be redirected to the Analyse Result page for the respective survey. 

 

Translate: This option would allow you to translate your survey into different languages

 

Copy: This option allows you to copy the survey file from one folder to another. 

 

Move: This option allows you to move your survey file from one folder to another.

 

Summary: This option allows you to summarize your survey
