Creating API Collector

API collector is used to collecting surveys by integrating into your CRM. Through API collector you can send a survey through both SMS and Email and scheduling a surveys/ Reminders/ Thank you message based on Days or hours or set a date for the SMS/Email to be sent on. 

 

To create an API Collector:

1. Go to Collect

2. Click on API

3. Enter Collector Name

4. Click NEXT

Click on Collector Details:

 

Customizing Collector Features and Settings

You can further customize the collector setting and features such as Custom Message and Delivery Timings.
